Students who graduated after June 2018, have access to Parchment, where you will find your HEAR and/or Electronic Certificate to verify your studies. Due to this system we no longer offer hardcopies to recent graduates.

About this Product

A Transcript of Study provides a detailed list of the modules undertaken and the marks achieved during your taught degree programme. The transcript will be stamped with the Newcastle University seal, and the envelope will be stamped and signed on the seal as standard. (1 quantity = 2 Copies)

This product is intended for graduates who completed a taught degree in arts, science, or engineering subjects and graduated before June 2018. To enquire about documents for research degrees please either contact the Faculty of Medical Science or gradschool@ncl.ac.uk (for HaSS/SAgE degrees). If you studied a taught an MBBS or Dentistry please order the Medical/Dental Transcript of Study.

Identification
Following your purchase you will receive an email instructing you to send copies of your identification documents to nu.docs@ncl.ac.uk. We cannot begin processing your order until this identification has been received.

Delivery

Our estimated turnaround time for processing orders is up to 15 working days from receipt of your ID documents, this may increase during peak business periods.

Standard Delivery is included in the cost of this product, this can take up to 6 weeks to arrive and is not trackable. If you would like to pay for DHL Delivery (we recommend this for international orders), add this document to your basket first (at the bottom of this page) and then visit:

Electronic copies can be sent if you provide an email address in the delivery location field.

Important Information

If you request a document which includes a period of study prior to 2002, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the complete document. This is due to the absence of an electronic student record system before that time. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your request, you will only be charged a £10 administration fee (for the time spent searching the archived records). The remainder of the cost of your order will be refunded to you.
