About this Product
Only one copy of your certificate may be in existence at any one time. Please check that you no longer have your original certificate, as when a Replacement Degree Certificate is issued your original document will become void.
Replacement Degree Certificates are identical to the original but carry the words 'Duplicate Issued' and the date on the reverse.
Graduates still in possession of their original degree certificate should request a Certified Copy of Degree Certificate instead.
Identification
Following your purchase you will receive an email instructing you to send copies of your identification documents to nu.docs@ncl.ac.uk. We cannot begin processing your order until this identification has been received.
Delivery Information**
Our estimated turnaround time for processing orders is up to 15 working days from receipt of your ID documents, this may increase during peak business periods.
**Due to the University Closure Period and staff absence, any orders placed from 11 December 2025 may not be processed until when the University reopens in January**
