All sessions will be held at the Frederick Douglass Centre, a modern and fully accessible venue on Newcastle University’s Helix site.

Important Travel Requirement:
From 25 February 2026, all EU/EEA delegates and other visa‑exempt travellers must obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before travelling. Travellers cannot board flights, trains, or ferries to the UK without a valid ETA.
