Detailed Description

3. Complete the questionnaire with the information requested.

This is a payment portal only and will not issue you a VAT receipt therefore no VAT will be calculated when you make you payment.  Please refer to your Invoice for VAT status.

The questionnaire is required so that we are able to allocate the funds to the correct Customer Account within the University and are able to mark your invoice/debt as cleared.

Please note that, if we do not have enough information provided to allocate funds, we will return them and your debt with the University will remain outstanding.
