*HEAR documents can only be produced for individuals who graduated from 2012 onwards*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Following your purchase you will be asked by email to send copies of identification documents to congregations@ncl.ac.uk. We cannot begin processing your order until this identification has been received.

 

Our estimated turnaround time for issuing verification documentation can range between 5 - 15 working days after receipt of your identification documents. They will then be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK) or International Standard postage (delivery times may vary).
