High resolution digital scans from the Gertrude Bell Photographic Archive.
There are over 7000 photographs in the Gertrude Bell Archive at Newcastle University. Customers may purchase scans from the archive for personal use or for publication.
In order to purchase one or multiple images, customers should first use the Gertrude Bell Project website to find the image codes (e.g. A_100) of the photographs they wish to purchase. http://gertrudebell.ncl.ac.uk/
Customers should then email Maria Duggan prior to payment in order to negotiate a price. (The price will include UK VAT @ 20% as standard. B2B customers from outside the UK should provide Maria with their VAT registration number or evidence of economic activity in order to have their purchase treated as a B2B sale).
Once a price has been agreed, customers should enter this in the amount box on the webstore.
Once the purchase has been made a confirmation email will be sent and the digital files will be sent to the customer as agreed either by email or filesharing.
N.B. Customers who wish to be invoiced, rather than a credit card, should email Maria Duggan to arrange payment.
